Click Here Don Marshall was born in Ojai and has been a resident for more than 32 years. Possessing an intimate knowledge of the Ojai Valley and surrounding Ventura County, Don’s familiarity with the area’s neighborhoods and history equips him to guide clients through making well-informed decisions. Don’s fascination with real estate was evident at an early age. He could be found combing through magazine and newspaper listings any chance he had, until he was first licensed in 2002. Before real estate, Don also spent nearly 10 years as a General Engineering Contractor which gave him a unique look into the commercial and residential development world. During that time, Don was able to sharpen sales skills, learn how to successfully negotiate contracts, and master the art of customer service. This experience, together with excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and fulfill clients’ needs, is sure to deliver outstanding results and provide clients with a smooth, comfortable experience throughout their real estate transactions.
